Vision

To create a fundamental evolution where young people are groomed to attain excellence through harnessed potentials. We believe in a world where youths are great leaders and a positive change in their sphere of influence.

Mission

We are on a mission to advocate quality education, generational equity and environmental best practices to promote humanity.

TSDI is a registered not-for-profit organization with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria.

What we do

Quality Education

At TSDI, aim to provide lifelong learning opportunities for youths and teenagers. We know learning outcomes vary according to context but we also believe that every individual should have access to learning that produces basic scientific knowledge, life skills, capacity development, literacy, and peaceful coexistence.

Gender Equality

Too many people have been indoctrinated with the belief that certain opportunities, behaviors, decision-making are solely for a particular gender. At TSDI, we believe being male or female should not stop you from achieving greatness. Hence, we advocate for equal opportunities, equal access to resources, equal empowerment, equal participation in the economy and politics, and equal chances at living the best for life for all genders.

Good Health

Here at TSDI, we believe that good health is wealth and according to World Health Organisation (W.H.O), health is a state of physical, mental, and social well-being in which disease and infirmity are absent. Every TSDI tribe-mate believes good health is a state of completeness and wholeness and with the alarming rate of disease, mental and physical death, we aim at being a major source of its reduction through sensitization and aid provision. This provides every young individual with the opportunity to live long, be active, and have greater chances at transformation and impacting lives.
